Dispatch & delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of ordering. Dispatch is when your parcel is sent; courier delivery time is additional. Evri delivery is £3.49. Check your order total at checkout before paying. If you need an order for a birthday, event or other deadline, contact us before ordering to check timing.

Personalised mugs and gifts

Email info@mugsandprints.co.uk with your design idea, wording and required date. For photo mugs, tell us what you would like to create so we can discuss the next steps. Please check names, spelling and dates carefully before confirming your design.

Your photos and designs

Customer-supplied photos and designs are used to produce your order and are not retained after production is complete. Please keep your own copies if you may want to order again.

T-shirt sizes and group orders

Open a T-shirt product to see the available sizes, colours and prices for that design. For stag, hen or group shirts, include your quantity and design requirements when you contact us.

Returns & order problems

Personalised goods cannot be returned because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or supplied incorrectly.

For a delivery query, damaged item, incorrect order or return enquiry, email info@mugsandprints.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of any damage can help us understand what has happened. Contact us for return instructions and the return address. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

The personalised-goods exception does not apply to ordinary non-personalised products. For eligible non-personalised online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, then return them within a further 14 days.

LaserVault digital downloads

Digital downloads are files, not physical products. Where a listing links to Etsy, complete your purchase there and use the information on that Etsy listing to check the included files and usage terms. For help with a purchase made on Etsy, contact us through your Etsy order.
